  1. Male
  2. Age Max 38 years old
  3. Educational Background S1 (Engineering / Environmental)
  4. Experience min. 3 years in the office building / apartment / mall
  5. AK3U certificate is a must
  6. Knowledge of safety regulation, experience training evacuation drill, fire fighter & P3K
  7. Knowledge of security & parking system is an advantage
